i’ve been running for a month and a half. im 5’6 240 pounds and i did a sub 30 2.5 mile run. will hopefully hit a 25 next month and lose some weight!

Had the best workout of my track season so far. It was a fartlek of 1-2-3-2-1-2-3-2-1 (one minute on one off and so on for 34 minutes) and I was able to average 5:30 pace for the intervals on and 7:00 for off and felt so good the whole time that it almost felt easy.

Newish to running. Finally recently I really started putting in effort. I just did my fastest 5k @ 29:08 with a 171BPM average heart rate. Getting faster by the week.
