Seems to be working.

Never understood why he would hire Toni in the first place.

Anyone know why Toni agreed to work with FAA in the first place? I’ve never seen him speak English, so did they translate everything? And I know Felix has talent, but why was he the only person Toni agreed to coach apart from Rafa?

They haven’t been together for a long time so I wouldn’t attribute his recent success to no Toni considering he *was* part of the team during Felix’s most successful period. Not that I would contribute that success to Toni either. Not even sure how they spoke, maybe Toni speaks French, I don’t think he ever spoke English but who knows. Always thought it was odd that FAA was like the one person he took on coaching besides Nadal.

Can’t be a coincidence.
