I’ve been a Stroud believer since he was at OSU but anyone that thinks *any* rookie is only going to improve after his first year hasn’t been paying attention to the NFL for long. By no means am I saying he won’t continue to improve, but the great quarterbacks are the ones that can continually evolve to overcome how defenses adapt to them. Time will tell if Stroud can do that.
